Your information
Privacy information
This website explains GHCS home care services in Accra and helps you contact our office to arrange care. Assessment requests are handled by phone or email. The website does not have a patient account or a form for uploading clinical records.
Information on this website
No patient information is collected through a website form. We have not added website analytics or advertising trackers, and the website does not use external font services. Photography is illustrative and does not identify GHCS patients or team members.
Website hosting
Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts and delivers this website. Your browser sends technical connection information, such as your IP address, when requesting a page. See the AWS Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab) for information about AWS's services and privacy practices.
Maps and address links
The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads content from Google. Address links also open Google Maps in a new tab. See Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for how Google handles information from its services.
General enquiries
For general enquiries, call +233 53 018 1306 or email info@glorioushcs.com. Email enquiries are handled through the business mailbox. Please do not send medical records or detailed health information by email.
Your telephone or email enquiry may include your name, contact details and the general topic you wish to discuss. These enquiries use the business’s phone and email services rather than a patient intake system on this website. Call or email the team if you have a question about information you have already shared.
Clinical information and family involvement
Please do not send prescriptions, test results, identity documents or another person’s health details in a general enquiry. For an assessment or referral, contact the team about the appropriate way to provide relevant records, consent and contact information. Arranging support for a relative does not automatically authorise access to their health information.
Questions about your information
Contact our team by phone or email if you have a question about information you have shared, family involvement or the arrangements for an assessment. We can discuss the relevant care or enquiry process with you.
